  We offer our customers reconditioned tractors to two specifications  
 

Working Order Specification

Our workshop staff run a complete check on all major tractor components. Necessary repairs are carried out to ensure working order.

Remanufactured Specification

Trained Massey Ferguson technicians completely dismantle the tractor and examine all components. Our customers have the assurance of purchasing a tractor which they will have for many years, remanufactured by people authorised from Massey Ferguson to work on their new tractors. The process involves the following detailed programme.

1.   Complete replacement of front axle wearing parts,  steering wearing parts and the steering pump pressure tested and replaced as necessary.
2.   Complete engine rebuild including engine block  testing new pistons & liners fitted, crankshaft and valves reworked or replaced, head reconditioned and turbo if fitted is checked.
3.   Cooling system checked with pressure test and faulty parts replaced, tropical/oil cooling systems  fitted if specified for individual climates or  specifications.
4.   Dry clutch system replace and the flywheel resurfaced or wet clutch system tested and repaired if necessary.
5.   Transmission examined and repaired where  necessary. Brake system replaced as necessary according to wearing parts.
6.   Hydraulics examined, new hydraulic pump fitted  and then pressure tested to ensure complete  system is up to original manufacturers standard.
7.   All wearing parts on the hydraulic linkage checked  and replaced as necessary.
8.   Operator environment and lighting equipment left  complete and working for comfortable use by the  user.
9.   4 new tyres fitted in accordance with model  standard specification or customer requirements.
10. Complete body work preparation and professional respray.

Each unit then spends several hours on our test bench work simulator to ensure the tractor is in correct working order before delivery.
