Cancellation Policy
ShoeStores.com quickly transmits your order to the warehouse so we can rapidly prepare your shipment. Due to the speed of this transmission, we cannot always stop the shipment from being processed. ShoeStores.com will attempt to cancel your order, or individual items on your order, if your request is made before we have transmitted the order to the warehouse.* ShoeStores.com cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled.

Making Changes To Your Order
If you request to change the color of the items on your order, ShoeStores.com will attempt to change these items if your request is within one hour of placing the order. If you request to change to another item (besides a color change), we will attempt to cancel this order and help place a new one. For inventory reasons, no changes, except for color, can be made to the items on an order. In order to make a request to change a color, please call:

Why Such A Strict Policy?
Simple. Your order is sent to the warehouse as quickly as possible to ensure prompt
delivery. Once the order has transmitted to the manufacturer,
it is very difficult to stop the shipment. For this reason
ShoesStore.com cannot guarantee the order will be
cancelled. If the order does ship, shipping charges
will not be refunded.
Please note that any unused item can be returned within 60 days of receipt of shipment. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
*ShoesStore.com is unable to accept online cancellation of an order if the payment method was PayPalŪ.
